We were shown a letter, received on Saturday last, from a gentleman connected with an Insurance Office, in Chicago, which states that the schooners ROBERT CAMPBELL, ALLENWICK, LEVANT, NORTH YUBA, SEVENTY SIX, ROANOKE, GLOBE, St. CLAIR, and propeller ROSSITER, were all ashore between Point Betsie and Grand River, Michigan, on the east shore of Lake Michigan.
