During the high wind of Monday night, of last week, the schr. CAMBRIA pounded between the piers at Ashtabula Harbor until she sprung a leak and sunk, where she is at the present time, waiting for the insurance agent. She is loaded with coal, and is likely to prove a serious difficulty in our harbor. The schr. NAPOLEON, also loaded with coal, went ashore 3 miles above this port.
