TERRIBLE ACCIDENT. - A deck-hand on board the propeller NIAGARA, in attempting to snub the boat on her passage out of the harbor, got entangled in the bite of the rope, entirely severing one leg near the hip. He bled to death in a few hours. It was dressed in the meantime by Dr. Acelky. Name, Patrick Condin. He was buried today. No friends in this country. - - - - Cleveland Plaindealer, Nov, 6th.
