Ogdensburg, July 19 - The passenger stmr. AMERICA, with a large excersion on board, went on Blankett Shoals, near Clayton last night. The passenger steamer St. LAWRENCE and the yacht ELKINS released the AMERICA after several hours work The damage done to the AMERICA is not known.
