Kingston, Oct. 20 - THE MOST SEVERE GALE OF THE SEASON - The schooner POWHATTAN, with grain for Ogdensburg, has been sunk in Alexandria Bay - and the schooner GIPSY, light, is ashore at or near Cape Vincent. - Associated Press Telegram.
