The Colchester Lightship is not yet stationed on the reef. It is said that Capt. S. Neelon, of St. Catharines, will enter a suit against the Dominion Government for the value of the schr. CANADA, which went to pieces on the reef last fall.

The schooner CANADA, of St. Catharines, is ashore at Colchester, and the tug ERIE BELLE is working at her.

The captain and crew of the schooner CANADA, on Colchester reef, arrived at Colchester Sunday in their small boat, and report the vessel broken in two amidships. The schooner BENSON is on her way from the canal to take on the Canada's cargo of timber. She is likely to become a total wreck.

Colchester, Ont., Nov. 20. -- Schooner BENSON arrived from the canal light, and proceeded to the schooner CANADA, ashore on Colchester Reef to strip and take on board all her effects and cargo of timber. The weather is fine at present and grately in favor of the undertaking.
