The tug PRINCE ALFRED left Detroit Thursday afternoon with a complete wrecking outfit to raise the Canadian propeller SHICKLUNA, which struck a rock on leaving Algoma Mills and sunk on Sunday last. The propeller was in charge of a pilot when she struck, and he ran her on the only rock to be found in the channel.

      Capt. Rardon of Crosby & Dimick's agency, left yesterday to take charge of the work of raising the prop. SHICKLUNA, sunk 3 miles east of Algoma Mills. She struck a rock on Sunday night last during a severe northeast gale, and lies in 13 ft. of water at the bows and 7ft. at the stern.
