Hanover (Schooner), aground, 14 Nov 1867

The Sentinel learns that the schooner HANOVER is ashore on the reef at Fish Creek, in Green Bay, and will probably prove a total loss. Her mainmast is gone above deck and has the appearance of having been cut away previous to going ashore. The HANOVER is a vessel of 237 tons burden. She was built at Irving, by C. Stevens, in 1852, and received large repairs in 1865, which made her rate B1. Value about $7,000.
