Tawas City, Nov. 15 - During the gale last night the schr. WILLIAM HOLMES ran hard on Tawas Pt. She is loaded with salt in bulk, part of which has been thrown overboard. The stms. PEARL and BELLETON have worked since 9:00 this morning, but have failed to release her. A small tug and lighter are working at her at the present writing.
