Indiana (Canal Boat), leak, 13 May 1853

The Rochester Union, of last night, says the scow boat INDIANA, from Buffalo laden with corn, sprung a leak last night about six miles west of Rochester. Capt. Warner, of the State scow went to her assistance, and with a great deal of effort the boat was got into port, and taken upon the dry dock. Her cargo was somewhat damaged.
