Detour, July 2 - The stmr. SPECULAR with the schr. MAGNETIC in tow, bound up with coal struck on Crab Island shoals at the entrance to the river at about 3:00 this morning. The SPECULAR released herself but is leaking. The MAGNETIC ran out 2 1/2 ft. and is lying in an exposed position. Should the wind shift to the south there is damger of her going to pieces. A tug will go to their assistance at once.
