Public Notice is hereby given that a general meeting of the stockholders of the "Grimsby Harbor Company" will be held at Udell's Tavern, in this village, on Monday the ninth of May next at 12 o'clock, noon, for the purpose of electing directors to serve the ensuing year, agreeable to the statute.
