Ogdensburg, Oct. 27 - The stmr. OCTEMA towing the KOBOKEN and ARGO went ashore in a fog this morning in the Narrows, 2 miles above Brockville. The steamer is well out on the rocks and the HOBOKEN is sunk. The ARGO is apparently uninjured. The OCTEMA was but recently ashore at the same place.
