We learn that yesterday afternoon the boiler of the steam ferry boat IDAHO, which plies between Grand Island and the American Shore, at Morgan's Ferry, four miles below Black Rock Dam, exploded while lying at her landing at the Island. We did not learn that any person was injured.

It is reported that the steam ferry boat IDAHO plying between Grand Island and Morgan's Ferry 4 miles below Black Rock Dam, was blown up by the explosion of her boiler some time Monday afternoon. No particulars are received.
