Sturgeon Bay, Oct. 5 - The stmr. INTER OCEAN, having in tow the schr. RICHARD WINSLOW, both grain laden and bound down became totally disabled when off this port yesterday noon by reason of the steamer's wheel becoming loose. The tug GEORGE NELSON of this place responded to the signals of distress and brought the steamer into port. A tug will tow the INTER OCEAN to Milwaukee for repairs.
