Description
Full Text

Buffalo, Nov. 21 - The storm king has shown evidence of his wrath during the past 2 days. A violent and steady gale commenced blowing from the west on Saturday night, which continued without intermission until sundown last evening and to render it more destructive to shipping, it was attended with flurries of snow, which at times entirely obstructed the vision.
The SYLPH and MILAN, both lower lakes schooners driven by the storm, encountered each other, by which the SYLPH lost her main boom and is cut down amidships almost to the water line on the starboard side. The fore rigging of the MILAN is all gone. - Commercial Advetiser.
