BROKE DOWN. - The Chicago Times says the propeller PLYMOUTH, Captain Dickson, which cleared here on Tuesday night for Buffalo, broke some portion of her machinery, and was towed into port yesterday morning. Her repairs it is thought, would be completed last night.
