Toledo, Ohio, October 30. - The propeller W.T. GRAVES, got aground last night on the bar at the foot of Jefferson Street, and is waiting to be pulled off in order to clear for Buffalo. Her consort, the ADAMS, got stuck on the same bar, but was pulled off by the tug CARRINGTON and towed out to the lake. Southwest wind blowing the water out of the river was the cause.
