FRAGMENTS OF A WRECK. - Capt. Wright, of the schooner EVELYN, says the Milwaukee News of yesterday, which arrived from Manitowoc, reports having found off Port Ulao, the entire stern of a vessel, which had evidently been torn from the hull but recently, probably by a collision with some propeller or another vessel. The stern was lying with the inside upwards, so that it was impossible to see the name. The side exposed was richly and newly painted, of a cream color, the paint had not been worn off from such parts as were exposed to friction, and the fragment had the appearance of belonging to a fine vessel. Monday was quite a foggy day on the lake, and it is quite probable, that a collision occurred, and the vessel from which the stern was torn has probably gone down.
