About 9:30 last night the lumber barge RACINE, Capt. John Powell, in tow of the tug JOHN W. CRAMER, Capt. Harry Booth, while turning in the river nesr the foot of Ferry Street, collided with the store house of the Frontier Mills, partially demolishing the structure. We could not learn the precise amount of loss. No one was injured.
