We learn by telegraph that the Western Transportation Company's propeller TONAWANDA, Capt. Palmer, which cleared from this port for Chicago on the 12th. inst., went ashore on Bois Blanc Island, Northeast of Saginaw, on her upward trip. The tug LEVIATHAN lighted her, and she was got off without sustaining any damage and proceeded on her way.
