THREE VESSELS AGROUND
Houghton, Sept. 26. - The barge VINLAND, in tow of the steamer FLINT, grounded in Portage Entry, just below Cut No. 2, while considerably out of the channel. She has a cargo of sandstone for Duluth and must be lightered. The NORTHERN KING grounded in Portage Entry but released herself. The OCEANIC went aground off Harrington Island, but was released by the tug ROGERS.
