Cleveland, Nov. 28. - The steamer L.C. SMITH, which was in collision with the steamer SINALOA near Marine City Sunday, will make temporary repairs at Detroit, after which she will come back to Lake Erie to load coal. At the time of the accident the SMITH was on her way to Duluth to load grain.
