BARGE GOES ON BALLARD'S REEF.
Detroit, June 20. -- After the barge MANDA had been released from the Lime Kiln Crossing, the vessel stranded a second time, going on Ballard's Reef above Amherstburg, with several compartments full of eater and a list to starboard. The AMERICA was released from the Lime Kilns at 5 o'clock last night.

A despatch from Amherstburg says that the steamers HENRY B. SMITH and G. WATSON FRENCH are aground at Bar Point. It has been arranged to have dredges set to work at once in an effort to have the vessels released. The barge MANDA is also aground at Bar Point and is waiting for a wrecking outfit from up the lakes.

BARGE MANDA IS DOCKED AT CLEVELAND.
Cleveland, June 27. -- The barge MANDA, which was aground in Detroit River, arrived here yesterday. The air compressors keep the water down, but it is thought the hull is in bad shape. The boat will be docked today.
