A despatch from Amherstburg says that the steamers HENRY B. SMITH and G. WATSON FRENCH are aground at Bar Point. It has been arranged to have dredges set to work at once in an effort to have the vessels released. The barge MANDA is also aground at Bar Point and is waiting for a wrecking outfit from up the lakes.

      RELEASED FROM BAR POINT.
Amherstburg, June 23. -- Thee steamers FRENCH and SMITH were released yesterday from the mud at Bar Point. Wrecking tugs are working on the sunken barge MANDA.
