The schooner MEDIATOR, which was ashore last fall, but was released, and which has been lying at Naubinway since then, lumber loaded and waterlogged, arrived in Chicago yesterday in tow of the steamer THOMAS SMITH, and towed to Miller's dry-dock. A steam pump was put in operation on board while lying at Naubinway, but it failed to empty the boat, and it was then determined to tow the vessel to Chicago just as she was - full of water. This was successfully done.
