THE RUBY DISABLED. - The steamer RUBY, Capt. Moore, broke her crank pin yesterday at Newport, on her way down. She was towed into port this morning by the steamer ARK. She will be repaired and on her regular time next Saturday. In the meantime, the DART takes her place today, and the FOREST QUEEN will stop at all the usual landings tomorrow. - Detroit Tribune.
