The stmb. DOVER, which has been aground on the head of Stag Island, was pulled off this noon by the united effort of the tugs GLADIATOR, LIVINGSTONE and KATE MOFFAT. She was well out, with the current setting down on her, and strong pulling was required to release her from her unpleasant situation.
