A despatch from Detroit last evening says the tow barge WOLVERINE, light, broke loose from the stmb. ROSE, Tuesday night, and drifted ashore 13 miles from the river, on the Canadian shore. She lies high and dry on the beach, scuttled and will have to be launched.
