Maritime History of the Great Lakes

Marshal Ney (Schooner), aground, 22 Nov 1845

Description
Full Text

We have fewer marine disasters to chronicle, than we at one time feared. Several steamboats are in, bringing only the following additional intelligence: The M. NEY is beached at Charleston. The BALTIMORE is ashore neat Point Abino. The BLUE BELL has arrived in port. The NORTH CAROLINA is reported ashore near Conneaut.
