BARGE IN TROUBLE
      Kingsville, Ont., Nov. 13. - The barge BENSON, which has been drifting for the past two days is anchored six miles out from here. Her rudder is gone and deck load is shifted. The boat is heavily laden with coal. The crew came ashore this morning. A tug has been wired for.
