LAKELAND DAMAGED.
      Cleveland, Sept. 21. - The barge SMEATON of the Steel Trust fleet, and the steamer LAKELAND were in collision in the Soo River yesterday. The barge took a sheer and hit the LAKELAND on the port bow, cutting a hole six feet wide from below the water line to the upper deck.
      The barge SMEATON's bow was slightly damaged. She will make temporary repairs at the Soo.
