The CHASE. - The revenue cutter CHASE arrived in port yesterday afternoon from a wrecking cruise down the lake, having examined the conditions of the schooner AMERICA, ashore in Chaumont Bay, and the schooner ADVANCE and sloop CORA, ashore in Mexico Bay. All three of these vessels are hard on, and will have to be started with jck-screws before they can be pulled off. The Chase is lying at the foot of West Seneca street, and will hereafter take better quarters in the harbor than occupied last Tuesday, when she was in danger of serious damage by the seas breaking over her, inside the west pier. The cutter was visited by a large number of citizens after her arrival yesterday, all of whom were courteously received by the officers and permitted a full inspection of the ship.
