The old barge PLYMOUTH ROCK has been towed up to Grosse Point, where it is to be sunk, filled with stone, and converted into a substantial dock. Just what was wanted. The spot selected is close by the lighthouse.

Captain Dana has purchased the old barge PLYMOUTH ROCK, which has been sunk off Windmill Point Light-house for some nine years, and will attempt to release her. She is said to be full of sand.
