ACCIDENT TO THE WINDSOR. - The Railway ferry steamer WINDSOR met with another accident last evening, while crossing in the ice. One of her wheels was badly damaged, which will lay her up for a couple of days. Meanwhile the UNION will occupy her place. - Detroit Free Press, 6th.
