SCHOONER W.B. HIBBARD.- This vessel arrived here on Friday with a cargo of grain in good condition, although she was out in the late gale and suffered some damage. While lying at Faulse Presque Isle, she dragged foul of the schooner St. ANDREW, knocking out some twenty of her stanchions. She also lost in the gale two jibs, her boat, and a hawser. She is now in dry dock being repaired. - Cleveland Herald
