Sault Ste. Marie, April 29 - The THOMAS W. PALMER, which grounded yesterday at the lower end of Lake George flats, was released this morning by the tug CHENEY without difficulty, and passed up at 3:30 A.M.
      The NORTHERN LIGHT is aground about where the PALMER was. A lighter has been sent to her assistance.
