      Yesterday a private dispatch reported the steam barge CITY OF PORT HURON and barge DICTATOR, with coal bound up and fast aground at the Neebish Rapids.

      A dispatch to Messrs. Fish & Armstrong from Capt. John McKenna reports the barge IRONTON arrived at Detroit from Neebish, and that the barges CITY OF PORT HURON and DICTATOR, recetly aground at the Neebish, have got off and gone on their way.
