A special dispatch says that the schr. P.B. LOCKE, light, ran ashore this morning while trying to make Ashtabula harbor, and is 2 ft. out.

A special dispatch to this paper from Ashtablua this mornign says that the schr. P.B. LOCKE, which went ashore at that place Tuesday morning, has been got off without damage and now lies inside the harbor, loading for Buffalo.
