The barge RIO GRANDE, lumber laden, is waterlogged in Sand Beach Harbor of Refuge. A large number of upward-bound vessels are in the Harbor of Refuge.

The tow-barge RIO GRANDE which waterlogged on Lake Huron during the blow, arrived at Port Huron from Sand Beach yesterday, where she will be docked for repairs.
