BIG LAKE STEAMER FAY ASHORE.
      Gone Aground Off Star Island, Near Toledo--May Be a Total Wreck.
Cleveland, Sept. 12. - A dispatch has been received here saying that the big steamer FAY of the Minch Transit Company, has run hard aground off Star Island Reef, in the south passage near Toledo.
      She is in a dangerous place and is beating against the rocks and she may be a total wreck.
