Alpena, Mich., Sept. 22. -- The H.H. BADGER, a three masted schooner, is ashore at Monaghan's Landing, where she struck at 7 o'clock last night. The schooner was loaded with cedar.
      Also
The schooner BADGER, which went ashore near Middle Island last night, is not in as bad shape as was supposed. The crew have returned aboard. The captain scuttled the vessel after it struck to keep it from pounding, and it is though it can be pumped out and released. The tug FRANK W. will commence work on the stranded vessel in the morning.
