By the arrival yesterday, of the schr. LADY OF THE LAKE, from Mackinac, we learn that a boat belonging to Mr. Kerley, and in the employ of the Canada land Company, had been discovered on the Canada shore of Lake Huron, a wreck, with two dead persons on board. No further circumstances are known.
