The Barge UNADILLA Libeled
      The Barge UNADILLA was libeled and seized at Tonawanda yesterday on a claim of $1,726.28. The action grows out of a collision between the schooner N. J. CUMMINGS and the UNADILLA in Niagara River in November, 1893
