      An Amherstburg despatch says: The tug ALPENA and barge EMPIRE STATE are here under seizure for running into and sinking the schr. PRINCESS ALEXANDRA near Buffalo last Thursday night. A desperate attempt is being made to procure bonds, so that they can proceed. They were seized by the tug PRINCE ALFRED.
