Milwaukee - Capt. Robert Kerr, of the schr. DELAWARE, which put into Sturgeon Bay on Monday evening with her headgear gone, the result of a collision with the CONSTITUTION, telegraphed here for a tug and the tug WELCOME left to tow her to Chicago where her coal cargo is consigned.
