The barge H.C. POTTER sailed over from Cleveland, and when off Point au Pelee became enveloped in the fog and went ashore. The tug JESSIE went down to her yesterday, but before she arrived the tug BALIZE had pulled her off. The BALIZE passed up yesterday afternoon, with the POTTER in tow. No damage was done.
