VESSEL ASHORE. -- The Detroit Tribune of the 15th inst., says: -- A telegraphic despatch was received here this morning by Collector Hyde, from Port Huron, informing him that the Barque CANADA, Capt. Gallagher, is ashore above that place. Mr. Hyde immediately dispatched the United States steamer MICHIGAN to her relief.
