STEAMER SOCAPA IS RELEASED.
Sault Ste. Marie, May 21. -- The steamer SOCAPA was released from the foot of Sugar Island yesterday without injury. After completing temporary repairs to her machinery, the steamer NOTTINGHAM got away yesterday noon.
