LIBEL SUIT SETTLED OUT OF COURT.
The $16,000 libel case filed by the Gi1christ Transit Company against the steamer BETHLEHEM of the Lehigh Valley Transportation Company in the United States Court at Detroit, has been settled out of court. The BETHLEHEM last summer sheared into the Gilchrist steamer SATURN in the St. Clair River near Harsen's Island and the SATURN was considerably damaged.
